Gun free zones do not prevent people with criminal intent from entering the restricted area, and only restrict law-abiding citizens. All but one of the recent shooting rampages in the United States have happened in gun free zones. A criminal with intent on shooting people is not going to care about a sticker on a window. The only thing that will stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun. This will ensure that in the event of a shooting, there may and most likely will be someone there that has the potential to neutralize the situation in seconds, rather than waiting for law enforcement to arrive. Additionally, if a potential shooter knows that there is a good chance that there could be several armed people around them, they may think twice before pulling the trigger.
