This petition is to press the current administration and BATFE to reconsider its recent gun control policies. We acknowledge there needs to be control, imposing more laws against lawful gun owners isn't it. We need harsher consequences in our justice system to deter people from committing crimes against humanity. We need laws that will override human rights when a life is taken unjustifiably. Instead of the gun show loophole, we need to abolish the court room loophole that grants them 15 year prison sentences. Instead of imprisonment, upon being found guilty, all murders, both domestic and foreign, should face a death penalty. Our second amendment right does not specify quality nor quantity, it specifies the right to own and keep.
