End H-1B along with every other work related visa program.

Given current unemployment, underemployment, the huge number of people not in the workforce, and the continued abuse by companies of the letter and spirit of these programs all of the work related visa programs, excluding those visas for foreign college student(s) getting summer or part time job(s), should be ended and given a review to ensure these programs are actually needed not just companies wanting to pay less. There should be an local and state level review paid for by the employer looking for the worker(s) that they will not result in an American worker losing their job or paying less then the going wage for that employee(s) and punishments added and unforced for companies that do violate the letter or spirit of these programs.
