End H-1B Guest Worker Visas

The H1-B Guest Worker Visa program is now being abused to outsource American jobs to low wage foreign workers, not by shifting jobs overseas, but to import the foreign workers to replace American workers here at home. The H1-B Guest Worker Visa program was established to help High Tech Companies fill jobs in positions that could not be filled by American Workers. The program is now being abused by companies like Disney who brought in low wage workers from India to replace high paid and productive American workers. To add insult to injury Disney had the soon to be unemployed workers train their replacements.
