End Hate Speech and Discrimination

There are Currently almost 800 groups in the united states, that are promoting the discrimination of People of the country hiding behind "Free Speech" .Should we as a country allow people in the 21st century to legally be attacked, discriminated against, and all in all hurt because of our gender,race,or sexual orientation? Who gives people the right to think that someone is less than them because they are Jewish or Muslim?
The fact that we allow Neo-nazis and the KKK to exist among others to discriminate and harm people over frivolous reasons?Ive Even heard that the KKK is planning to instigate riots over the confederate flag to Vilify African Americans in the country for what? Their own prejudiced views which shouldve stayed in the 19th century with them
