It is time we as a nation make finding a cure for the Human Immunodeficiency Virus one of the highest priorities in health care. For far too long this disease has caused suffering in our country. America is a land of brilliant people and wealth. If we focused our efforts and funded the research necessary for not just treatment, but for a cure for HIV we could no doubt eradicated it from our shores within this decade. Fund research for a cure now and end American suffering of this disease.
