There have been many cutbacks to control the national debt. There are furlough days to government employees to control government spending, but they continue to receive paid holidays. To get paid to not work? I am an advocate of the term "there are no free meals" and I sure don't believe to suspend work, but continue to pay people for days off. I am petitioning to eliminate paid holidays for ALL GOVERNMENT employees.
