End homelessness with one-time investment of less than the yearly budget that promotes it's growth.

ENDING HOMELESSNESS

The Cost of Homelessness extends beyond a victim’s quality of life and infringes on tax-payer dollars as an increase in costs for hospitalization, arrests, and crimes related to homelessness, such as trespassing, loitering, public urination, begging and public consumption of alcohol. I believe the problem of homelessness can be addressed and solved with a one-time investment of lesser value than the annual allocation that supports and nurtures its torturous growth.
