A law to require all local governments to include in their property tax bills a legal form, letting homeowners leave their homes & or animals to an American veteran of military service,,who is homeless now..& if they animals are included they agree to take good care of them for their natural lives.This way Our veterans know we appreciate their sacrifice & in the case of our animals left behind,,they get to stay in their home,not to be a burden on local governments.
