end the illegal and unconstitutional surveillance practices that now pervade every aspect of American life.

The surveillance practices that began under the Bush administration and that have been expanded under the Obama Administration are a gross and inexcusable violation of our Constitutionally guaranteed rights and, if left unchecked, represent the greatest threat our democracy has ever faced. We the people need to hold our elected representatives responsible and if necessary, force the proper authorities to proceed with criminal charges in order to prevent these abuses of power from ever happening again. If the President, members of Congress, and S.C. justices refuse to acknowledge our grievances, articles of impeachment must be drawn.
