END ILLEGAL PRICE FIXING ON RETAIL ALCOHOL SALES

Created by S.U. on January 28, 2013

Under the pretense of promoting public health and welfare, the alcohol industry for decades has facilitated price-fixing by bars, restaurants, and liquor stores in communities throughout the United States. (Google --> responsible hospitality boulder memo -- for irrefutable evidence of the ongoing sophisticated conspiracy.)

The price of lawful products should be set by market forces and/or through legislation, not by private agreement of the market participants. It is the role of the federal government to protect consumers from illegal price-fixing conspiracies.
