End Indonesian Rule in West Papua! Millions of protesters on Earth wanted West Papua and all its rights free again.

Created by R.H. on October 27, 2013

The people of the two easternmost provinces of Indonesia wanted to be free again from Jakarta. Hollandia (currently Jayapura), the capital of the then-known Republic of West Papua, was much closer in proximity to either Guam or Brisbane than Jakarta. Thousands of millions of men and women around the world are protesting for freedom in West Papua, especially in the UK. West Papua's independence date from the Netherlands is December 1, 1963. After Operation Trikora, West Papua was annexed to Indonesia, which unsurpisingly doesn't go too well with the West Papuan people.
