end the insanity plea and mental illness diagnosis as a scapegoat for murder suspects, and enforce stronger consequences

Everytime there is a shooting or a brutal murder, the courts want to rule the suspect as diagnosed with a mental illness of some sort. This needs to stop. Not every murderer has a disability. Many of them are in fact very able to function normally in everyday life. End this cushion for these murderers, because without stronger laws and consequences, killers will continue to kill, and will use the "insanity plea" as their escape.
