Over 13 million children are subjected to the arbitrary and ill informed decisions of family court orders and rulings in this country. The statistics alone prove that fathers/men are treated unfairly and that there is an institutional and pervasive bias against them in family law proceedings. Children suffer when fathers are made to be nothing but a pocket book and babysitter.
