Practices such as car insurance agencies issuing higher rates to male drivers or health insurance agencies charging older people more are a form of discrimination. Individuals cannot change these characteristics about themselves and classes like these have been protected before by anti-discrimination law. We petition to force insurance agencies to follow the same anti-discrimination laws that other businesses do.
