End Internet Providers' Monopolies

Created by K.H. on May 09, 2016

With the lack of competition broadband providers can and will raise prices, provide subpar services, and delay investments. This removes any platform of negotiation that the consumer may have. The internet has become an essential part in American life we as consumers have every right to pick what site we stream from and what sites we email from. No business or individual should be forced to pick one broadband provider because no alternative exists.
Because of this, government should regulate the market of internet provision to encourage competition.
