We petition that the Obama administration pursue legal action against BESM Inc. out of Fort Lauderdale, FL for calling phone numbers on federal do not call list in multiple countries. The "This is your captain calling..." message being the most common of these calls is recieved in multiple countries and is an abomination that prays on consumers.
