Across the U.S; criminal background checks have been preventing people from obtaining employment and housing. Just because a person makes a mistake in there lives; they shouldn't be entitled to the same opportunities as others? How do we expect individuals to be productive in society and continue on a new path when their actions in the past are constant reminder and being weighed over their head? Many have experienced this denial and discrimination. In The Heavenly Fathers eyes we all are sinners and the only way to reach salvation is through Christ Jesus. So, society should not offer the same grace; mercy and forgiveness.
