End K2/Spice Manufacturing

I'm petitioning to end the selling and making of the drug known as k2 or spice otherwise known as potpourri or incense. I have someone in my life who is an addict of this. He has tried to quit many times, but the temptation and being around it with fellow co workers have not made it easy. He's currently in treatment, it doesn't seem to be doing much for him, and I'm scared of losing him to this horrible drug. I know people who have come close to dying, I've read about people dying, studies show that this drug is more addictive than cocaine and nearly impossible to quit. This drugs is horrible and needs to be stopped or I fear many more of our nation's children and family members will die due to heartless smoke shops selling it to make a quick dollar. Help me put an end to this.
