Since TARP, the United States Government has invested just under 9 Trillion USD in failing companies, most of which failed regardless of the investment.

It is not the job of the Government to invest, the American people will invest in what they see most applies to them. If a company is going to fail, it is because they did not operate in a way which was sustainable. As for the jobs that the Government "saved". . . Throughout history, larger and more organized companies buy out the facilities of fallen corporations, the jobs are saved. This process is to work just as when a home is foreclosed upon, another family will most likely purchase the home.

The Obama administration has failed to recognize that the "solution" of the problem is the problem, and has been since the early 1900's
