End the Kim's goverment in North Korea to avoid larger disaster in future

The North Korea army has got the ability to produce nuclear weapon recently. And still they are trying to make it possible to drop the weapon upon the US territory. Since we can not see the possibility that our relationship will get any better, it is the govenment's responsibility to eliminate that threat. The sooner we take our action, the less we will suffer.
A decapitation strike will be good, as they will be easyly fallen into an internal disorder.
End it, before the loss grows big enough that we can not bear.
