Walter McGill has been taken to legal battle because he used the name "Seventh-day Adventist" in the title of his church and posted in a public manner on the structure of the building. Please sign this petition protecting people's rights to represent their denomination in the manner they believe is the most reflective of its teachings, practices, and morally-legitimate Biblical authority. Help this petition eliminate the ability of a denomination to trademark a name and protect against Governmental and outside intrusion into a religious fellowship.
