Criminalize the use of our legal system to legally kidnap children via the alienation of a parent from his/her children through false/baseless accusations and defamation.
Miriam-Webster states to kidnap is "to seize and detain or carry away by unlawful force or fraud."
Using our legal system to alienate children from a parent should be a crime. These actions are not victimless. Victims extend far beyond the affected children and alienated parent; considering the extended family. THIS IS LEGAL KIDNAPPING AND SHOULD BE PUNISHABLE UNDER THE LAW.
Currently there are no penalties severe enough to prevent this practice from being perpetrated by vengeful parents and their selfish agendas. The adage of "possession being 9/10ths of the law" should NOT extend to our children.
