End the legal wage discrimination of people with disabilities.

Created by B.C. on October 05, 2014

Under section 14c of the Fair Labor Standards act companies are allowed to file a form to legally be allowed to pay people with disabilities under the federal minimum wage. This is grossly unfair and blatant discrimination against people with disabilities. And in no way should be allowed under the the equal protection clause of the 14th amendment.
