We need to stop taxing hardworking citizens in order to provide lower income people with a cheap/free cell phone. Having a cell phone is a privilege NOT a right.
People need to get out and get jobs and take care of themselves if they want a cell phone.
People are ripping off the system and getting multiple phones from this and we (the tax payers) are fronting the majority, and sometimes all, of the cost for them.
This has been happening since 1985 and I think it's about time we stand up and say enough is enough.
