The Supreme Court was established on the idea that a Justice could be impartial and clear minded, able to accurately determine the language and meaning of the laws put forth in the constitution. However, now we have justices on the court who use medication that list cognitive side effects on their warning labels, Justices who are asked to be unbiased on issues of gay marriage, when they performed them before they were legal, and Justices who flat out ignore definitive language of laws to enact personal opinion.
