We the people ask the FDA to end its policy against accepting blood donations from men who openly admit that they have had sex with men since 1977. Rejecting blood from an entire class of people is unfair and discriminatory. We urge that blood collection policies be updated to increase the supply of blood available to victims of terrorist attacks, natural disasters and everyone who is in need of blood by including more potential donors.
