End the long questionnaires employers use to "Psychologically Profile" you. Printout can't say who you are, only actions

Have you filled out an application recently? Many employers now force you to take these questionnaires to profile you before they even meet you face to face. These may deter some people from even applying as they continue to grow and grow, I have taken one that lasted over 30 minutes. In the end the little note that is attached describing "who you are" could keep you out of a job. I say keep it simple like things used to be, before everyone moved towards this new system. We have too many unemployed to make it harder for people to get jobs.
