The mandate for ethanol should be discontinued. In repeated studies ethanol has been decisively proven to be more pollutant to the environment, more costly, and less efficient than gas or diesel. Additionally, the government has subsidized ethanol with 10's of billions of tax dollars over the recent years. It would appear that there is 0 redeeming value for requiring anyone to purchase ethanol. Please follow up with your own research you'll be disappointed how much of your money is being wasted.
