Over 40,000 Syrians, many of them civilians, have been killed in the 21-month civil war in Syria. Between the authoritarian regime that has been killing scores of civilians including the recent Halfaya massacre, and Radical Islamists recently designated as a terrorist organization, there is a major threat to human rights. We recommend swift military action by destroying regime forces as well as supplying pro democracy rebels.
