End the Methamphetamine epidemic by ordering that pseudoephedrine be labeled a controlled substance

To force the FDA to require prescriptions for pseudo-ephedrine products, thereby ending the practice of 'smurfing' employed by meth cooks to extract said chemical from cold-remedies for use in methamphetamines
