If America was ever met with a situation in which all of society was at risk, it is obvious that we as a people must protect not only our selves but also our nation. I ask that this nation be prepared for any such situation.
In order to survive we must control our mine shafts. We must also set up livable areas where people not only for the thousands of which i am sure the government is ready to protect, but the hundreds of thousands needed to rebuild the country.
We should not be behind other nations if the world was to fail or become unlivable. We must meet the production of our future competition if any such world was to be a reality.
In short I hope that we will use our resources to the best possibilities if met with the failure of the world. We can not fall behind or have a gap.
