End the mistreatment/painful deaths of dogs in puppy mills across America.

Imagine being locked in a 4 x 4 cage for the duration of your entire childhood. The highlight of your day being enjoying soiled slop and dirty water. Imagine the pain in your limbs as they slowly atrophy and you are forced to remain isolated from the rest of the world. Over half a MILLION puppies are pumped out of these mills every year(2 million being sold each year)-these puppies lack proper medical care, nourishment, socialization (with both humans and animals), and shelter.These puppies are mass produced under terrible conditions for the highest profit margin. This idea is disgusting, and allowing it to proliferate without creating legislation limiting it is obscene. This problem has gone beyond the state level, action must be taken now to ensure the welfare of Man's best friend.
