Currently, in many places across the United States, there is only one provider for High-Speed Internet access per area. Cable companies have made agreements behind closed doors to not compete with one another. This is an outright monopoly and it has gone on for too long.

When is the last time you saw Comcast, Verizon, or Time Warner Cable in competition?

As the Internet becomes a more important commodity that businesses require, it has become more apparent that the competitive market for Internet Service Providers has vanished.
