The NDAA is an unconstitutional Act that was brought about by an out of control Federal Government and soled to its people on the back of government lies. Example: the WMD's in Iraq. The NDAA was designed to strip Americans of their constitutional rights and prop up a tyrannical, fascist and corporate controlled government under the cover of a two party system (Example: Brandon Raub). There is no need for the NDAA and the tyrannical powers that it provides. Long ago we came out with something called a warrant that was signed by a judge. This provides the same powers to any and all law enforcement.
