End the need to payback the $7500 First Time Home Buyers Credit.

I believe that it is unfair to the American people that those that claimed the $7500 tax credit have to pay it back. Those that claimed this tax credit did just as much if not more to get the economy moving by purchasing homes as the home buyers that were able to get the $8000 tax credit that didn't have to be paid back. I think most would agree that if we had known the $8000 tax that didn't have to be paid back was coming, we would have waited.
