To protect animals from neglect and maltreatment and increase safety for animals on US based Airline carriers please consider Booboo’s Rights & Regulations for Animals in Air Transit (B.R.R.A.A.T.) {Named after our pet which was lost to such an occurrence}
All airlines transporting animals will:
-maintain kenneling facilities with fenced enclosures for pets to be walked safely
-staff ONLY trained (certified) animal handlers
-limit kennel time to 18 hours or less whe connecting flights
-maintain climate controlled crush proof safety area within the airframe to prevent heat/crush injuries
-Maintain climate monitoring for each kennel
-Maintain RF ID locators with live feed to web portal on each kennel in transit
-staff neutral inspectors at industry hubs to monitor program compliance
