End the New Debt slavery created by Congress in the mismanagement of Student Loan Providers putting students in default

This petition highlights the injustice committed by a lazy congressional oversite that caused a crisis related to the banking deregulation movement and also related to the lack of education reform in the 70's 80's and 90's. During these decades the student loan providers were purposely putting students into default which resulted in swelling their profit margins, swelling their revenues, swelling their tax deductions and losses, and their collections from the U.S. government which was guarenteeing these same loans. These atrocities resulted in violating civil rights guarenteed in the constitution related to;"debt slavery clause." People that have been falsly placed in default have no recourse or checks & balances in the bankruptsy laws. This is not only unfair-violates the constitution.
