The NSA's suveillance program is unconstitutional and violates the right to privacy. The NSA has no legal right to store information on American citizens and the president has no right to allow it. The United States government should not prosecute Mr. Snowden for spying because he revealed that the government was spying on him and every other American. It is a clear violation of my, and everyone's, rights as a citizen of the United States.
