End the NSA Surveillance program, remove the patriot act and to stop issuing Executive Orders

This Is a Petition to End the Patriot Act of 2001, The NSA Surveillance Program and The Executive Orders Which Gives The President Power to enact such policies. These Programs are clear Violations to our Constitutional rights mainly the 4th amendment which is unlawful search and seizure and the 1st amendment which is right to privacy and freedom of speech this surveillance program also violates a country's sovereignty which can cause us to damage relations with other countries because of these policies. we are being oppressed in a totalitarian like state this is a democracy which means we should have our freedom even in war time. we should have our say so in these policies and we should be given oversight of whatever policies are enacted.
