End the NSA's, CIA's, Department of Defenses and Department of Justice's Illegal use of Mind Control weapons & spy tech.

The National Security Agency, through programs at Signals Intelligence and Electronic Intelligence, have invented and are operating on a global scale illegal remote satellites and ground/space based sensors for the purpose of monitoring of human brains bioelectromagnetic emissions, for the purpose of illegally hacking into the human mind, recording citizens thoughts, and extraction of memory and other information. They call this technology Remote Neural Monitoring and Electronic Brain Link, which is currently in use to illegally spy on Americans, as it's used by FBI, CIA, and other local and state agencies.
