Our 8th Amendment of the United States of America says and I quote, "Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.". Now please re-read that middle part, alright and again, yea see now I do believe that in this country, the country of "The Free" that getting penalized for not having medical insurance is an excessive fine. This is supposed to be the free country, and yet they REQUIRE you to have something and FINE you if you don't. Now if that isn't unconstitutional then I don't what is, now please help do something good for this country and sign this petition and let's start winning back some our freedom!
