End the oppression of the Right of Redress. Demand the court answer the challenge. Wagner v Obama, 3:13-cv-708. Y or N

Created by T.W. on May 07, 2013

I beg you honor you oath of office to defend the integety of the Constitution & the First Amendment which states, "Congress shall make no law respecting...the right of the people peaceably...to petition the government FOR A REDRESS of grievances." Theodore Wagner v President Barack Obama, et al, 3:13-cv-708. It is simple as described in USA v Butler & Marbury v Madison. Place the mandate above next to the laws the courts are using to oppress a Full & Fair Redress of this Lawful challenge next to the Laws being used to OPPRESS REDRESS, & answer the yes or no question. Is this a Law made by Congress respecting the RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE peaceably to petition the government FOR A REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES. A "law repugnant to the Constitution is void". Marbury supra 5 US 137. Today's the day!
