end outside influence in local elections.

Created by C.B. on May 22, 2015

Politicians spend a large portion of their time fund raising. They do not spend enough time with their constituents. By limiting their fundraising to only citizens that can legally vote in their election, and banning all other political contributions to a candidate, we can effectively compel candidates to listen to and interact with their constituents. It would have the added effect of greatly limiting the foreign influence in our elections.
