We currently have a system unable to move forward due to political gridlock, a nation embattled over party support, and uninformed voting for party, rather than candidates, is one of the major issues that have us where we are today. Independent thinking and actions, unhindered by party platforms and agendas, is the most likely way to succeed in getting the country back on track at this point.
