President Obama, as I'm sure you're well aware, Burger King is contemplating a tax inversion scheme by acquiring Tim Horton's coffee, then after the merger, moving operations to Canada. This will effectively end all of Burger King's tax liability. All the while, the vast majority of their employees will still pay federal and state income tax out of their minimum wage salary and recieve no health-care benifits.
We the people find it absolutely egregious, disheartening and pathetic a company whose roots are as American as pecan pie, would move operations in a greedy corporate scheme to of all places, CANADA!
Right now Burger King enjoys the safety and reliability of service members by mostly being the sole "burger joint" on base. We the people are asking you to deny that benifit. Thank you
