End Party Politics and Place a Low Cap on Campaign Spending

Created by D.M. on July 23, 2014

Our two party system attempts to divide, not unite, constituents based on trivial issues. There is not a single person who can honestly say they agree with all Republican or all Democratic ideas, so why should our only options be categorized as such? Yes, there are more parties, but just because they exist does not mean that there is a possibility off dethroning a system that is designed to keep all but two from the top.

Eliminate political registry and pre-determined stances and place a very low cap ($50k?) on campaign funding. The wealthier candidate should not get more exposure simply because the wallet is larger. Stop pre-screening debate questions. Allow citizens to represent themselves - You should not advise people if you did not come from the same or similar circumstances
