End the pavement to plate food stamp program before it starts!

The state of WI is trying to dehumanize families that receive government assistance. They want to decrease food stamps by 10% and eventually take away our meat by replacing it with ROAD KILL. They want to pay someone to drive around to pick up dead animals from high way no telling how long its been there. Or if it has been malnuorished, inbread, sick, disease infested or infected. Noone is monitoring the creatures that roam the night . After they find the roadkill they want to send it to a prison to be processed that is not humane, safe, or sanitary. They won't be selling this in stores to anyone only the poor families receive this. I feel that this is dehumanizing to myself and family noone with money will be eating these animals only people in poverty if you can't sell it don't force it.
