end the pay freeze on civilian federal workers and raise wages to industry norms.

There has been a pay freeze for government workers for over 6 years. These workers in effect get a pay cut every year as inflation goes up driving some of these workers below the poverty line.

We need to end this pay freeze and bring salaries of government workers up to industry norms so that the government can be competitive in hiring and retaining talent.
