We are a litigious society, with frankly, too many lawyers. We frivolously pass laws on all manner of subjects, many done to simply apply a particular lawyers name to a piece of legislation.
The multitude of laws we have in place are beginning to bog down what was once an efficient system. It is time to enact only laws that are important, and to thin out the existing laws that are no longer relevant. If a law is worth passing, it should be more important than an outdated law that remains in place out of sheer lackadaisical and lackluster administration.
One-in, One-out guarantees that we have have a streamlined and healthy set of laws, understood by all, and that ridiculous and often comical legislation from the past is eradicated once and for all.
